The room has recently been renovated with a comfortable bed, 2 televisions, a living area, and a lounge, and the staff were very respectful and welcoming.

Location to venue, Rooms were very clean and had everything we required for hte night.

Being just a short walk from a theater was great. Everything here was fantastic, and the staff were really nice and friendly. 🌟

Thank you for a perfect stay. The place is quiet and lovely and has ideal location close to city centre. The staff are extremely helpful and patient, managed the parking on-site. The hotel provides an excellent service

I found the unit not very clean. You could see the swipe marks on the cupboards and glass table as soon as you walked in like someone had quickly rushed. The kitchen floor was sticky. It was not nice to pull down the cover of the bed and find someone else's hair on there!

We would highly recommend this place for a business trip, as everything is modern and the location is perfect being very close to the city center.

It was a nice place to stay but the tv was cool. but there were more bad things about the room than good Im sad to say.

The fridge was unplugged when we got there. two lights didn't work at all. the bathroom light was flickering and pretty much didn't work. The water for the hot tub wasn't very hot at night time.

Friendly helpful receptionist on arrival, clean,no stuffy odour when entered unit. Good quality linen and furnishings and kitchen utensils etc. As at the back very quiet, no traffic noise at all yet on a busy Street

Our room was air-conditioned and a nice size, included with 1 bedroom, three beds plus dining table. the location was comfortable and handy - ease of access to Prodrive Golf. - Furthermore, to rugby stadium.

The rooms are well-appointed and they have two TVs and air conditioner...

Oven door came off in my hands, two elements didn't work, grill didn't work, no soap for dishes.

I really enjoyed the stay. the hotel itself was a lovely and absolutely amazing option. - the property was in a very central setting, close to the center. - It was adjacent to Hamilton CBD, shops, cafes, casino, and stadium. - A short drive to town Centre and the base shopping Centre.

no ventilation other than an open window when having a shower.....no extractor fans

It was a spacious room. Lovely and would recommend to others and stay again
